Bookkeeping support that fits your needs
We offer different levels of bookkeeping support based on the amount of involvement and oversight you want — all delivered with the same standard of care. Our goal is to provide reliable, well-reviewed financials while keeping the process clear and collaborative.
As an organization’s needs evolve — for example, with increased payroll complexity, grant reporting, or operational volume — we adjust the level of support and investment accordingly to ensure continued reliability and clarity.
Ongoing Bookkeeping
For clients who want their financials handled correctly and efficiently in the background.
This level focuses on consistent, accurate bookkeeping with regular review. We manage reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and address issues as they arise without requiring regular meetings.
This may be a good fit if you:
Want clean, tax-ready financials
Prefer a low-maintenance approach
Don’t need frequent financial discussions
Bookkeeping with Guidance
For clients who want clarity and periodic conversation about their financials.
This level includes everything in Ongoing Bookkeeping, with added check-ins and explanation. It’s a good fit for organizations that want to better understand their financials or report to boards and stakeholders.
This may be a good fit if you:
Appreciate periodic conversations
Want help interpreting reports
Need budget-to-actual insight
Bookkeeping with Insight & Oversight
For organizations with greater complexity or higher stakes.
This level is designed for clients who benefit from more proactive monitoring and communication. It includes added oversight, more frequent touchpoints, and support for complex situations such as multiple funding sources or detailed payroll allocation.
This may be a good fit if you:
Have multiple programs, locations, or funding sources
Require careful payroll or expense allocation
Want fewer surprises throughout the year
A note on pricing and scope
Our fees reflect the level of support and complexity involved. After an initial conversation, we’ll recommend an appropriate level of service and provide a clear monthly fee.
Services are scoped based on current needs. Changes in complexity—such as payroll allocation, grant reporting, or operational volume—may require adjustments to service level.
Additional services
Some needs fall outside ongoing bookkeeping and are best handled as separate services or short-term projects. When these come up, we’ll discuss scope and pricing in advance.
Examples may include:
Payroll processing and payroll tax filings
Complex payroll allocation
Catch-up or cleanup work
Bill pay or accounts payable support
Invoicing and receivables
Grant or board-specific reporting
One-time reviews or consultations
Not sure what level of support is right?
Most clients don’t come in knowing exactly what they need. A short conversation is often the easiest way to understand your situation and recommend a level of support that fits.
