How Do We Get Information To (And From) You?

With each client, we establish a digital ‘filing cabinet.’ Clients may upload relevant documents there or send them via email. Like QuickBooks Online, our clients have 24 hour access to their documents and reports.

Do you file taxes?

We file monthly and quarterly taxes with the state such as Meals & Rooms or Sales & Use tax. We file state and federal payroll taxes.
We do not file annual tax returns on behalf of our clients.

How Many Hours Will My Bookkeeping Take Per Month?

Based on a conversation with you and the tasks you’d like us to perform, we generate an estimate in our proposal.

Do You Work On QuickBooks Desktop? Will You Work At My Office?

Working on-site is slower for us and so is working on Desktop.

Is My Bookkeeping Information Secure In The Cloud?

Yes. Google and QuickBooks the primary tools for our work. All documents and login information is protected and backed-up on secure external drives for redundancy. In addition, all of our workstations are independently monitored for viruses, malware, phishing schemes, and other malevolent actors 24/7.

Do You Work On Other Accounting Platforms?

No. While we could take the time to learn Xero, MYOB or other platform, we are most efficient working with and developing systems for QuickBooks Online.
